Terms and Conditions

  • We accept returns up to 15 days after receipt of goods
  • Returned goods must be accompanied by a completed returns form (Name, Surname, order number) REASON FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE and contact us at info@riderdistrict.com
  • Returned goods must be unused & supplied with their original packaging; any items returned without packaging may be liable to pay an extra charge. Customers are responsible for ensuring returns arrive in good condition.
  • We cannot accept returns of items that have been personalized, e.g. special order.
  • Goods must return with their relevant label.
  • Rider District reserves the right to refuse the return or refund of goods deemed to have been purchased for anything other than private use.  This includes agencies, individuals and companies using the Rider District eCommerce platform and returns process to procure commercial purposes.


If you solicit a refund, the maximum term for requesting a refund is 14 working days as of the date of reception of the item. The product has to be checked by Rider District and must be in perfect conditions together with the original packaging.

The refund will be made using the original payment method.

Refunds outside Europe: the item amount will be refunded, except the shipping fees.

Defective product

If you receive a defective product you must contact Rider District straight away. Once Rider District checks the product it will be changed immediately by a new brand article. Rider District assumes the shipment costs.

Size/Article change

Size change in Europe: only the first one will be free of charge.
Outside Europe, customers will assume the shipping fees.
Returns outside the European Union: customers are responsible for customs duties and shipping costs.

Management of orders
Any order in Riderdistrict can take a time between 3 and 7 days from receipt, depend on the stock availability.

Shipping costs
At Riderdistrict.com we offer the possibility to send our products worldwide.

Shipping costs are indicated at the time of purchase, and they are based on the selected destination country.

Throughout the year 2021, we offer free shipping for orders over € 299. Offer valid until December 31, 2021.

Throughout the year 2021, we offer free shipping for orders over € 149. Offer valid until December 31, 2021.

Express delivery
If you want even faster shipping, there is the possibility of Express shipping. This type of transportation is conditioned by the availability of the products. If it does not appear as a selectable option, it means that Express delivery is not available for that product. Express delivery shipping costs are indicated at the time of purchase.

NOTE: Riderdistrict.com will not be responsible for any taxes, duties or shipping charges that may be applied from countries.

For warranty claims, you should contact Riderdistrict Customer Service. In case you have to send the items to the Riderdistrict Central for inspection or repair, the round-trip shipping costs, as well as the corresponding customs costs, will be covered by the customer.
